Nerta Gioni is a Fashion Art Director and Photographer, and a graduate of the University of West Attica’s Department of Photography & Audiovisual Arts. She has also completed the Art Direction for Fashion course at Central Saint Martins, London.
Her work blends refined elegance with raw authenticity, capturing the emotional depth of her subjects in a way that feels real. She’s drawn to creating understated, timeless portraits, often in minimalist, energetic settings like a quiet lunar beach at dusk or the golden hour glow of an urban scene. For her, photography isn’t just about the image, it’s about the mood, the feeling of the moment whether it’s the energy of midday sunlight, the spirituality of dusk, or the quiet desire of night. Her photos pair cinematic, luxurious elements with the purest form of human expression, offering a glimpse into the cosmic and deeply personal side of people.
She currently works in-house for a fast fashion brand in Athens, Greece, where she produces campaigns, directs videos, and leads the studio. She has participated as a photographer in three group exhibitions and has been featured on Photo Vogue.
